One is able to see the snowy peaks of the glacier Kitzsteinhorn even in spring and autumn. Inbetween lake and mountain our guests are able to ski even in off season and if it is getting to warm they cool down in the Lake Zell.
A modern bath room and a toilet can be used separately.We equipped the apartment with everything our guests need: We have two bed rooms and a spacious living room on 75 m² for up to 6 people. Of course we provide central heating, a smart TV, free internet and parking in front of the house. Further we have a bike and ski storage in the bottom. The kitchen is also well equipped: fridge-freezer, oven, dish washer, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and an electric kettle are part of our kitchen amenities.
Reachable by foot: the Areit cable car (300m), the lake (600m), a super market (50m), the train station and the city center (though 2,5km). The golf course (1km) and the airport Salzburg (75km) can be easily reached by car or public transport.

Staff were friendly, knowledge and helpful at check in. They offered great suggestions for meals, skiing, rentals. The views from the apartment were amazing which over looked the ski fields. The cable car station was only a 5 min walk. An excellent lsee more
